Non-ELS vehicles have their lights and sirens built into the vehicle, so they need no ELS script. ELS builds are for servers that already run ELS. The UK and US police and EMS ranges come in both, and each package page has its own install guide.
Yes. Every GXD vehicle is scratch-made as an original, not a copy of a real car, with lore-friendly GTA-world names and badges, so it stays within the FiveM (Cfx.re) terms of service.
Yes. The vehicles are normal FiveM resources: drop the folder in, ensure it and spawn it, on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or a standalone server. Scripts say on their page which framework they need.
