- Horn kits: players use the item next to (or in) any car to fit that horn. Everyone nearby hears it from the car.
- Admins use
/horn <name>on any car, then hold the normal horn key. - The sound files follow the layout of public sound packs that work in FiveM, but this exact pack needs a quick in-game check — the README has a checklist.
- Horns with a mechanic slot show up in mechanic menus in place of that game horn, on every car. New slots cannot be added for all cars, so a slot replaces a game horn. i

Questions about Horn Maker
What this free tool does, what it makes and how the files go into FiveM.
Drop your audio, trim it and set fades, level and pitch, and Horn Maker writes the game's own sound files (.awc and .dat54.rel) in your browser. The download is a ready resource whose fxmanifest mounts them with AUDIO_WAVEPACK and AUDIO_SOUNDDATA data_file lines, plus a script that puts the horn on any car.
Yes. Each horn in a pack can take over one of the game's horn slots (vehicle mod type 14), so mechanic and tuning menus offer it like a built-in horn. The export adds label tables for common menus in its config folder, and the horn is synced to other players through the car's state bag.
WAV, MP3, OGG, FLAC, M4A, AAC or WebM clips up to 60 seconds, as long as your browser can decode them. A horn is one plain clip: the game repeats it while the horn key is held, so no loop editing is needed. Only use audio you own or have the rights to.
