GXD Clothing Texture Studio
3D clothing / chain model · Import and resource export
Open a FiveM clothing ZIP or pre-rigged .ydd/.ytd files. Inspect and preview the 3D model, then export a complete resource when its matching .ymt and shop meta are present. Ordinary .obj/.fbx/.glb files need GTA skeleton rigging before YDD export. Resource export repacks the original binaries; use the separate Export .ytd action for any texture edits.
Questions about Clothing Texture Studio
What this free tool does, what it makes and how the files go into FiveM.
Open the clothing drawable (.ydd) with its .ytd, pick a texture and design on its UV map with layers, text, logos and shapes while the male or female freemode ped shows it live. Export the edited textures as a .ytd under their original names, plus DDS and PNG copies, and replace the .ytd in your clothing resource.
Yes. Each material is edited per texture slot — diffuse, normal, specular and any others the drawable uses — and each slot keeps its own layer stack with the original texture as a locked base layer. The 3D preview swaps the texture live while you work.
Yes. Export the UV layout as PNG or SVG at 1024, 2048 or 4096 pixels if you would rather paint in another editor. You can also save the layered project as a file and open it again later to keep working on the same design.
Everything runs in your browser. Files you open stay on your computer; exports are downloads. Workspace, Conflict Check and GTA Library need direct disk access and aren't available on the web.
