Yes. Checkout runs through Tebex, the official GXD store platform, by card or PayPal. Files unlock straight after payment, and escrow-protected packages are licensed to your Cfx.re account through Keymaster.
Yes. The vehicles are normal FiveM resources: drop the folder in, ensure it and spawn it, on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or a standalone server. Scripts say on their page which framework they need.
