Pack Forge free FiveM vehicle pack builder & updater
Build new packs from any folder of cars (modkits re-numbered, one manifest, a report) or update an existing pack's stream and data files safely.
This tool is in beta, so you may hit bugs or rough edges. If something breaks or looks wrong, please report it in the GXD Discord with what you did and a screenshot. Every report helps us fix it faster.
Questions about Pack Forge
What this free tool does, what it makes and how the files go into FiveM.
Add the car folders — any layout, loose files included — and Pack Forge collects every car's stream files and metas into one resource with a single fxmanifest and a report. Modkit IDs can be re-numbered so cars from different sources don't clash. Each pack downloads as a ZIP; on the website, unpack ZIP sources first.
Two cars can claim the same modkit ID, siren or light ID, spawn name or handling name, and then one of them loses its tuning parts, lights or handling. Pack Forge re-numbers modkits while it builds; to find every other clash in a finished server or pack, run it through Pack Doctor.
Yes. In update mode Pack Forge compares the replacement files with the existing pack by their SHA-256 hash and gives you a ZIP of only the files to drop in. The browser can't write into your server folder or keep backups, so copy the files over yourself after making a backup.
Everything runs in your browser. Files you open stay on your computer; exports are downloads. Workspace, Conflict Check and GTA Library need direct disk access and aren't available on the web.
