Starlight Roof Free FiveM starlight headliner generator
Fill a roof lining with stars — density, size, colour, constellations, a shooting star — see it on the car's roof, then export the texture.
This tool is in beta, so you may hit bugs or rough edges. If something breaks or looks wrong, please report it in the GXD Discord with what you did and a screenshot. Every report helps us fix it faster.

Good to know
- To glow, the lining needs an emissive shader — see Materials.
- The glow is always on, day and night; no twinkling in game.
- Spikes and bloom are part of the look, not of a real fibre — leave spikes at 0% for a strict fibre texture.
- DXT can soften tiny stars — pick Uncompressed if so.
- The 3D view is a preview: the glow, bloom and daylight look are approximations of the game.
Materials
With a glow shader everything glows — keep the fabric dark.
Advanced (shader, maps, DDS formats)
vehicle_lightsemissive is the car-lights shader: it glows only while the light whose ID is stored in vertex colour alpha is on. Light ID 0 means "always on" (Sollumz: Set Light ID → Always On; ZModeler: light ID 0), which is how glowing sunstrips are usually set up. vehicle_emissive_alpha / _opaque have no light ID at all.

Keep it dark for a glowing lining; the Daylight view shows a light one.
Everything runs in your browser. Your models never leave your computer.
Questions about Starlight Roof
What this free tool does, what it makes and how the files go into FiveM.
A starlight headliner is a texture on the car's roof lining. Open your car here, pick the lining, fill it with stars and see it lit at night or in daylight on the roof. Download the ZIP — PNG and DDS textures per material, a fibre map, materials notes and a README — and add the textures to the car's .ytd.
Yes. Mix a background star field, with gradients, a Milky Way band and glints, with text, a picture, placed constellations or the real sky over a place on a chosen date, and add a shooting star. Density, size and colour are all adjustable, and the preview redraws while you drag a slider.
Some models share one texture between the roof lining and other parts, so changing it changes both. The tool warns when the lining's texture is also used elsewhere; give the lining its own texture in your modelling tool, as the README explains, before adding the stars.
